  • I have so much to say about Anita and her abilities as a practitioner! She has a loving touch and a big heart. She helped me to release trauma that had been with me for many moons and while I was a crying mess, she was present and kind. I felt safe and held. Not only did she hold space for me through my emotional release, my upper neck and lower back felt so much relief after our session. Just remember it takes a couple of sessions for “things” to release but when it does it’s so worth it! I’ve had several sessions with Anita and definitely will be back for more!   • I have been a Spinal Flow client with Anita for about 8 weeks. In that time I have felt physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts that are really expanding my ability to heal myself. Her qualities as a practitioner are openness, compassion, and focus. When she is working on me I can sense that she has full attention and that energy is flowing and she moves to different locations on my body based on what she senses is happening with the flow of energy through my nervous system. I usually have some limb movements and sensations of twitches and releasing, sometimes powerful realizations or emotions come to me, at times I have cried, and at the end I feel a deep calm in my body and mind. All the touch is very gentle and I have no fear of being hurt (that was an issue for me in the past with chiropractors and massage therapists due to my history of injury and at times practitioners over-doing something). Anita plays beautiful music throughout the session and I find the lyrics and instruments really enhance my connection to emotions that need to surface. I highly recommend her as a Spinal Flow practitioner.
