I have so much to say about Anita and her abilities as a practitioner! She has a loving touch and a big heart. She helped me to release trauma that had been with me for many moons and while I was a crying mess, she was present and kind. I felt safe and held. Not only did she hold space for me through my emotional release, my upper neck and lower back felt so much relief after our session. Just remember it takes a couple of sessions for “things” to release but when it does it’s so worth it! I’ve had several sessions with Anita and definitely will be back for more! I highly recommend Anita!
