Understanding the Spinal Flow Technique

The Spinal Flow Technique, developed by Dr. Carli Axford, is a gentle yet powerful approach that helps individuals restore balance and harmony within their bodies. We view pain and symptoms as signals from the body, highlighting imbalances caused by physical, emotional, or chemical stressors. By addressing these blockages, we can unlock your body’s innate ability to heal.
The Three Types of Spinal Waves
During sessions, clients may experience three unique types of Spinal Waves:
Stillness: This inward focus allows you to connect deeply with your body, fostering a sense of peace and clarity.
Movement: Some may experience twitching or involuntary movements, which can be a natural part of the healing process as stored tension is released.
Breath: Deep, conscious breathing helps facilitate the release of emotional and physical stress, allowing you to tap into your body’s healing potential.

I offer an initial consultation and treatment that assesses your individual needs and lays the groundwork for your healing journey. This is followed by a 12-session healing plan designed to guide you toward optimal health. In addition to the Spinal Flow Technique, I also provide emotional healing and heart-opening sessions for those ready to release emotional trauma.
