How does it feel to hear, “diagnosis does not matter?”
Just because you’ve been given a diagnosis doesn’t mean you’re destined to live with pain.
Pain and symptoms are the body’s way of trying to get our attention. They often begin as a soft whisper, but in today’s fast-paced world, the physical, emotional, and spiritual stressors can overwhelm us. When left unaddressed, these whispers turn into loud cries for help, manifesting as physical pain, emotional turmoil, or spiritual imbalance.
These symptoms may show up as lower back pain, digestive issues, exhaustion, or even depression and anxiety.
The Spinal Flow Technique can help your body clear blockages in your nervous system. As these obstructions are removed, your mind, body, and soul come into harmony, allowing for deep self-healing, spiritual awakening, and self-regulation.
My mission is to bring massive healing and soul alignment into each session, guiding you towards a pain-free life and a brighter, purposeful future.
Founded by Dr. Carli Axford, the Spinal Flow Technique releases the stored layers of stress in the spine intending to remove blockages and reclaim communication through the nervous system.
There are 33 access points in the body that enable healing to take place by sending a message along the spinal cord to the brain through the dura mater.
When these access points are activated through gentle touch, a wave is created through the spine that releases the stored stressors.
The result is to remove all stressors so your mind, body, and soul move into a state of optimal health, healing, and awareness.
What is Spinal Flow?
It is a known fact that our bodies hold a natural healing intelligence that resides within the nervous system. When a perceived threat enters our lives, the body’s innate response is to protect. This self-preservation mode causes the nervous system and spine to lock down, blocking the flow of vital energy.
Even though our bodies are incredibly smart, they cannot differentiate between a threat or a perceived threat. These threats, or stressors, can be classified into three categories: physical, emotional, or chemical. If these stressors are not properly released from the body, they store as a blockage in what we call, the 7 gateways of the spine.
Over time, the blockages accumulate, disrupting the communication of the nervous system. As the nervous system is the master controller of our body and spirit, any disruption can prevent regeneration, leaving us vulnerable to pain, illness, dis-ease, and a disconnection from your inner self.
What is a blockage?
What will it look like?
There are three types of Spinal Waves:
Stillness - The body becomes deeply quiet and focuses inward.
Movement - The body may twitch or move.
Breath - The body takes deep, large breaths.
The type of wave you experience is entirely dependent on your body. There is no right or wrong wave; each body processes it uniquely.
